Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all cymbals or accessories are well-padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
